Shipping policy

At Heritage Cacao, we carefully prepare and pack each order with love and attention to detail. We aim to get your items to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage or sign up to our mailing list to stay in the loop.

We currently dispatch orders 2–3 times per week. Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be packed and sent. During busy periods, holidays, or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

If you need something urgently, feel free to email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Standard delivery usually takes 2–8 business days depending on your location.

Regional or remote areas may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

During warmer months, we may delay shipping chocolate-based items (like bars or truffles) to protect them from melting in transit. In these cases, we’ll notify you by email and ship at the next safe window.

We currently ship within Australia only. If you’re located elsewhere and interested in our products, please get in touch — we’re always exploring expansion options!

Once your parcel is in the hands of the postal service, it’s out of our direct control. However, if your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll help track it down or lodge an inquiry.
